BOOKING + POLICIES
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remainder of the balance is due 24 hours before the session.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hrs of notice.
- Travel fees will apply for locations outside of a 20-mile radius of Nashville city center.
- Studio or location fees will apply if the location requested requires them.
FAQ
1. How do I book a photo session with you?
Fill out an inquiry form through the CONTACT tab, and I will reach out within 24 hours to sync calendar availability with you. Once a date has been decided on, a contract will be provided. A deposit and signed contract will be collected to secure your date.
2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Absolutely! Just fill out an inquiry form, and I will reach out to gather details. I can tailor to the specific needs and desires for your experience!
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Portraits and Families will have a standard turnaround time of 14 days. Minis will have a standard turnaround time of 7 days.
Events will receive sneak peeks within 24 hours and the complete gallery within 14 days.
Weddings will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours and the complete gallery within 30 days.
A rush turnaround of 3 days is available under add-ons (not applicable to weddings).
4. How do I prepare for a session with you?
Show up as you are. Wear something comfortable that feels like you, trust the process, and let me guide you. The focus is on real moments, not perfection.
